· Project Manager

In this role, you will help an entire construction project, whether it is a hotel or a home. You basically oversee all the aspects of the construction process, make decisions and deliver the final design in output.

· Site Supervisor

In this role, you are responsible for the operation of each and every aspect at the site of construction. As the name suggests, your job is to make sure that all areas of construction are in working order, as per the decided schedule of production.

· Health and Safety Manager

In this role, you are responsible for the safekeeping of all the people on the site. Construction can be a tedious and complicated process, and to ensure that all the site workers are happy, safe and looked after- a health and safety manager is crucial.

· Architect

In this role, you birth the project of construction. Based on the client’s input, you design the whole plan for constructing the end product. Your creation is the blueprint for everything else that follows through in the construction process.

· Research Engineer

In this role, you identify and understand the areas that can be improved within the construction world, and therefore design better equipment. This is a highly reflective position, as it requires good observation and continual reconsideration on the part of the engineer.

· Equipment Manager

In this role, you basically are responsible for the safekeeping of all the equipment being used at the site of construction. If there is any fault then it’s your job to make sure that it gets fixed or replaced, so that the construction can be timely done.

· Costing Estimator/Finance Handler

In this role, you work on maintaining the budget of the project as set and effectively try to review it. It is a very important position as it requires market research and quick thinking for efficient yet cost-effective planning.

· Construction Mechanic

In this role, you can choose to specialize in specific mechanical areas of construction such as plumbing, electrician work, installation work and raw material production.
